Nor Cal Walks for Water

On October 17th we will be participating in a walk-a-thon. This is the 4th year we have asked many of you for a contribution. And because I do not give up easily I will ask again.

It looks like the weather will be perfect. I would love to have you join us at the walk at William Jessup University, additionally our group could use your help in registration or directing walkers.

Whether in person or in contribution please join me this year in supporting Haiti. Our efforts will help build water wells centrally located to villages, which will serve the most vulnerable, the women and children. Living Water builds well, teaches hygiene and gives hope.

Please help give at:

Living Water International
This year’s event will be held at William Jessup University and it will be bigger and better than ever. Our goal is to raise $50,000 which will fund 5 wells in Haiti. The people we serve typically live on $1.50 per day, the harshest poverty level and without access to clean and safe water they do not stand a chance to break out of it.

We can make a difference in the lives of thousands of people by responding with a donation and inviting your friends, family, co-workers, fellow students, churches and companies to join together with you and walk for water.

There are several ways to participate;
1.Start a team and invite your friends to help you. Accept the challenge of raising $100 and ask other friends to do the same.
2.Join a team, donate and raise money for your team
3.Can’t participate the day of the event, then make a generous donation
4.For everyone who will participate in the walk you will need to register and buy a ticket. We will give you a really cool T-shirt, water and snacks.
Come out and have a good time, learn about Living Water International and the work they do. By making a small sacrifice you can change thousands of lives by providing access to safe, clean water.
Thank you,

“Nor Cal Walks for Water Committee”
